Facilities and Equipment
The institution encompasses 32,579 square feet; which includes classrooms, a media center, a student lounge, a massage clinic, a patio area, a conference room, and offices. Classrooms are clean, quiet, and air-conditioned. Classrooms are designed for lectures, hands-on instruction, and clinical internship. Instructional materials including audio-visual equipment, cushions and chairs, portable treatment tables, skeletons, and anatomical charts used to enhance learning are also available. There is ample parking. All equipment used at the school is compatible with industry standards and effectively meets the objectives of each program offered. The campus is located at 207 Regency Executive Park Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217.
Electronic Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Individuals trained in utilizing electronic healthcare records have the opportunity improve the quality and convenience of patient care, increase patient participation in their own care, improve the accuracy of coding, diagnoses, and insurance processing, and increase the efficiency and cost savings of the medical practice.

The Hospitality program will train students for entry-level employment in the hospitality industry. Students will be prepared with competencies in the areas of sales, financial management, food and beverage sales and safety, facilities maintenance and housekeeping, as well as general accounting tailored to the hotel and resort industry.
Medical Assisting Certificate
Medical Assisting prepares you for a career that plays an integral role on the physician’s healthcare team. You will train to give injections, administer electrocardiograms, handle insurance claims, maintain patient records, take vital signs, and assist in minor surgical procedures.
Medical Office Basic X-Ray Technician
This program trains students to become multi-skilled professionals who assist physicians. Students will learn to perform duties under the direction of a physician in all areas of medical practice.
Pharmacy Technology - Non Title IV
The Pharmacy Technology program provides instruction in how to assist the pharmacist in the packing and distribution of medication and basic health care skills. Students will study the professional and technical skills necessary for an entry-level position as a pharmacy technician. A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of this program.
Phlebotomy – Non Title IV
This program trains students to become a medical professional to perform the required skills as a phlebotomist. Students will learn to identify special phlebotomy procedures, demonstrate knowledge of waived tests, and review disease transmission and infection control.
Professional Clinical Massage Therapy
The Professional Clinical Massage Therapy program prepares students for employment in medical based facilities such as physicians' offices and rehabilitation centers, while also training students in the arts associated with a spa setting.
Surgical Technology Certificate
The Surgical Technology program provides students with the technical ability, knowledge, and skills required for entry-level employment as a member of the healthcare team in hospital or surgical center operating rooms.
